Hi 👋, I'm Rice Tseng. I worked as Principal Product Designer at Grab, designing the FinTech product that is super simple & flexible for the underserved throughout Southeast Asia. I have 10+ years of digital product design experience and strong experience in design leadership, managing, and organizing the team. I was a Product Design Manager for Grab payment experience team & GrabHealth.

In my design career, I’ve worked as a product designer with a number of different tech companies, including Grab Singapore, Yahoo! Taiwan, Indeed, Trend Micro, and D-link.

During the Grab period, I designed what payment, transport, food, passenger experience, GrabHealth and Grab platform can be used for people in Southeast Asia. I also led UX design for some major projects such as passenger app redesign, Grab everyday super app, multi-stop rides, GrabFood merchant app, VOIP call, voice sharing, and chat relevant experience.

Outside of the office, my friend and I open a podcast called Product Design 1 on 1. Other than that, I love exploring new cities, writing some articles, and meeting people. 🚴🏻😻🎾⛱☕️
